This week, I teach Bodypump on Tuesday and Thursday at noon and Saturday at 8:30am (with Christy). I teach RPM Tuesday at 4:30pm (with Amy), Thursday at 4:30pm (with Lacey), and Friday at 4:30pm (with Traci). As with most weeks, I teach Bootcamp Monday at 5:45pm and Cardio Circuits Wednesday at 8:00am.
